With a little, white bottle of bubbles i found today, I decided to have a little fun. Much to my dog's dismay, I bent down and blew them right into Bella's little face, obstructing her view to where they were all she could see. I was expecting her to jump everywhere, and bark and snap at them but, instead shied away from them, as if they were bullets claiming her life. As I they each fell and popped on the carpet, she showed me her trust. Her little eyes pleaded with me to make them go away, and an image flew into my mind. I imagined an almighty God standing over His people, and watching us turn our trust into Him. Each one of His saints, in their toughest battle, turning our hearts to God. We pray to Him and plead with Him to remove the trial, and if we are not careful, we would abandon our trust in God just because we still have the bubbles in our face, and can't see how they will ever clear. The thing is, the whole time He has the whole situation in control completely, it may not always turn out exactly the way we want it to but we were promised that it will be good for us somehow. If we could only see that our toughest trials are so often, nothing more than little balls of soap filled with air...

Life is good! I just got home from school a little bit ago, (from a 3.5 hour lab GERR) and went straight to the dr. to have my TB shot checked. When i got home, mom had dinner just ready to go in the oven. Yummy! Weight Watchers cheesy chicken casserole :P sry i can't share any over the net... But tomorrow i'm going to Knoxville for workday on the campgrounds. I am so glad I'm getting to go and see the ones from TN and Ashville. YAY! But as for now i need to get going to a birthday party, unfortunately i can't play volleyball there cause of my stupid knee.... ok enough complaining I'm off

So... an update is deff in order. :) Life is good, friends are good, God is great.
In fact since I need to ramble... that song " I Believe God!" has been such a blessing to me!
So i love subway... umm
Oh school! i can always talk about college! lol, I am taking BIo 103 and psy 200 this semester and i LOVE it!! lol i know i kinda 'have to' go to college (my parents don't make me just for the profession i'm choosing) but it is soo fun to me ! Yeah, there is homework to do and a lot of studying but i'm learning so much! I am learning all about how the cells work and how we use food for energy and all this kinda stuff that is so interesting! i love to learn!
on another note: I SAW BRIAN REGAN!! that was so awesome! He is funny!

Are all to often unanswered prayers...
I wonder how many times we prayed for something we felt was VERY important and yet it wouldn't be the best for us... and then we get all upset because it didn't work out the way we wanted.
Now I'm not saying at all that i think that we should not ask God for His divine intervention in our every day life. I think He wants us to, but i guess its important to remember when things don't happen just the way we want it to that it might be God's greatest gift.
I wonder how many times a young woman has prayed for a certain husband that would have been a recipe for a disastrous marriage.
Or a man who has pined away for a job that would have hurt him spiritually.... God's will is WAY more important that our own

Today as soon as my ride gets here i will be heading off to a wonderful event....The youth jubilee!! I am so thankful i will be able to go this year. I missed it last year and missed a whole lot from what people say. For any of you who don't know, the youth jubilee is a church meeting held in arkansas where we witness, worship God and fellowship. We have a great time and I, for one love to see that there are still a lot of young people wanting to serve God with all of there heart. That in it's self is a great blessing not even taking into account the messages, testimonies and song services. Hope to see some of yall there!!!

Well even though i am only 15 (my birthday is in 6 days though) and a senior in high school I"M GOIN' TO COLLEGE!!! and i am excited!! lol I went the other day to take the entrance exam and this nice (really funny) guidance counselor signed me up for classes! so i'm going in the fall and taking speech and english classes. I walked into the college feeling out-of-place and then i walked out feeling like i have been going there for years. It was so weird how just signing up for classes made me feel like i belonged. I feel like my whole life is going to be changed but hopefully i will be going with 2 of my friends so i can't wait!!

Hey All!! So its way past time to update so here the update of the month
As of right now my family and i are in Italy. We are on this island off of the main land. So far we have been to London, Vinice, Roma, Pompalli, and now Taromina. I have had tons of fun but I am missing home a bit. Just so you know, The ice cream here is WONDERFUL. If you ever come here you have to try the limone and fragola (lemon and straberry) The mix is so good. Anyway we are having a wonderful time here, don't miss us too much

Yesterday Kayla and I went swimming. Today the low is 35 degrees. Alabama weather has some major ups and downs. I like it though I almost never get bored with it in spring and fall or summer come to think of it. Winter no that's another story! It gets so dreary and doesn't snow here very much so that gets tiring fast.
In other news we just put in a new pool! We started working on it in November and didn't finish till April we were not working on it all the time 'cause a hole for the deep end was filled w/ water through most of the winter. It took sooo much work!! a big thanks to Kayla for all the work see put in. She worked about as much as anyone else.

I have nothing to say that is interesting about life. So I guess I will just tell ya'll about the boring parts. I woke up this morning on a saturday at 8:00. Well thats never fun because none of my family is up at this time on saturdays. I was wide awake with nothing to do. So I went walking down the driveway to put the letter a wrote in the mail box. It was to my 95 year old great-great grandmother. I then played basket-ball for half and hour, came inside to eat breakfast, and so on and so forth.
So on another note Kayla i can write a very LONG post but it is very boring and after everyone reads it they will think " why did I read that??? It had very many runned on sentences that weren't constructed properly nor was it a good story that i would ever want to read again the grammer was so baddly wrote. "

Today I figured out a time thing for our visit to Sea-world. We have a trip to all the amusement parks in Orlando all expense paid because of Adam's trauma and all he's been through. Our coach, Mike Shula, got fired this morning. I don't know what to think until we get a new one. Meaning I don't think Shula was that good but, give him some credit, I mean we did have a 10-2 season last year after all, I do think we could have a better coach but then again we could have a worse one.

Yet another win for Alabama!!! We were playing Louisiana Monroe and we beat them 42 to 7. I didn't get to hear most of the game because we were once again in Tennessee rafting. I actually got to raft this time!!! Our boat had 3 paddlers in it yet 7 people in it. That was interesting. I was one of the paddlers as well as Sarah and Josiah. For yall poor people who have never rafted before, the more weight in the raft the harder it is to control. Our poor boat did not go most places we wanted it to, but that was half of the fun. The last time a rafted down that river, it was not near as exciting. Thanks Dad!!!!

ROLLLL TIDE!!! We won again! We played Vanderbilt (SP?) at home in Alabama and won 13 to 10. Not great score numbers but our rushing numbers and such are way better than Vandys. If it weren't for Jimmy Johns we would have got a greater score. He fumbled the ball IN THE IN ZONE WITH IN A TWO YARDS OF THE TOUCHDOWN!!!!! ARGGGGGG. Well we can't all be perfect. JK. My poor blog has been neglected!!!!! I've been cabining (camping) in NC and rafting. That was fun but I only got to go down the small river that I went down when I was three instead of the one that is much bigger. SO SAD. I fell when I was trying to video the ones that went first and got scraped up pretty bad so I couldn't ride because I would get infected from the river water... BOO HOO. I had fun in the cabin n such. Bro.W.C , Warren, Wesley, Walter, and Jeffro came by (they just went down the Ocoee) so all and all it was worth it, even if Walter and Leah beat Wesley and me in Table Soccer.

Guess what I did again? Went climbing through the slide and tubes that move for a little girl named EMMA. My poor knees have seen better days. This time her mom was there and she told me that I did not have to do that, Emma could climb all by herself. Shmily little girl? We went over to Amie's house later and Sarah and I learned how to play Rook, a card game that I've wanted to play half my life. It was great when Sarah and I (who were on a team w/ Amie helping us out) beat Mom and Brian who are experienced players.

So as it turns out, my sunday school class is going to Southern Adventures instead of ChuckECheese's. As for me i am berry-berry gwlad. (Sorry some "Aiden talk" slipping in.) Sarah and I took Timmy mimmy , Colby Bolby, Monkey man (a.k.a Aiden), and Emma Louu to ChuckECheese's. What a night!! not that any of the kids were that bad but, it was tiresome. Now i do believe i know why mom only took us for birthdays. I climbed in this little tunnel thingy that was really for children a third my size, just to let little Emma slide down the mult-colured slide. We spent roughly 10 dollars in tokens, 20 dollars for food, and 5 hrs to let them stick some money in a slot and try their hardest to get a few tickets that might get them a whoopee cushion that breaks on the way home. All well, as long as they had fun..... I got some cute pictures out of the deal to so that ought to amount to something. sorry i can't show them, but... if you have read my other blogs then you will understand I'm to tired to try to tell you now (did you see how many words started w/"t" in that last line?)

Well I have many reasons for not updating this weekend. For one Saturday I watched 4 little monkeys the Thorgerson's (other that the youngest monkey). They didn't leave until like 11:30 or so. Last week 5 girls were over here ALL week long. Yes we had fun going swimming at 2:30am and sleeping till 1:00pm. Saturday 7 of us girls (2 others came) made this HUGE breakfast w/grits,(they were THICK) muffins, bacon, biscuits,French toast,coffee, ya know the works.

Today Kayla and I were talking about this salad I ate when I was hungry last night and she asked if it was big. Playing along I opened my arms wide and said it was that big. "Wow" was Kayla's response "did you say ribbit after?" I laughed, splashed her, then swam off (we were swimming, by the way) when I surfaced she said "uhhhhh Cassi, rabbits don't say 'ribbit' frogs do!!!"

Any way, that just shows how much Kay and I think alike. The sad thing is that she is a blond. I'm not.

Pardon my lateness to blog. I've been involve in my book and the wonderfulness of summer. Who cannot LOVE summer? Its great!!! Last night some of us went to this army thingy then out to O'Charley's. We had all the Thorgerson kids except Griffin. ALL of them behaved well when reminded to, don't get me wrong I love them dearly and can hardly wait to have my own but they take a lot of time and love.

Kayla came and spent the night last night. We are about to go jump into the pool so I catch you later.

This afternoon the Thorgerson part of my family came over to celebrate my birthday. I had fun w/ the kids, Timmy, Colby, Adien, Emma, and Griffen. Mom made a REALLY good pork roast. For those who don't know, my parents' family originally came from New England, but I was born down south in Alabama and have lived here all my life. We actualy just got back form visting them saturday morning at like 3:30 A.M.

I will do my best to put pictures up when I go to events that you can't make it to. Sooo now that that's done I have nothing else to bore you with. I have come to the end of my very first post.
